Join the Discord community
Headwinds and Tailwinds share a community on Discord, and it's often the fastest way to reach the team. Players find worlds to join, team up for alliances, share strategies, report bugs, and help shape where both games go next — and the developers read it daily.
Reporting a player
Headwinds only works when everyone plays straight. If someone is cheating, harassing, running multiple airlines in a world, or otherwise breaking the Fair Play Rules, use the in-game Report button — it sends us the details along with who and where, so we can look into it. You can also describe the situation through the form above.
What to include in a bug report
Bugs get fixed fastest when we can reproduce them. If you can, include:
- What you were doing when it happened (opening a route, sending a message, checking the standings, etc.)
- Which world you were in, and what you expected versus what actually happened
- Your device and browser (e.g. iPhone/Safari, Windows/Chrome)
- A screenshot, if the issue is visual
Feature ideas and feedback
A lot of Headwinds took shape from player suggestions. If you have an idea — a mechanic, an alliance feature, an aircraft, an airport that deserves to be on the map — send it our way. We can't build everything, but we read everything.
